What do you do when your body feels uncomfortable — tense, restless, or even in pain?
Most of us instinctively fight against those sensations. We push them away, try to distract ourselves, or tense up even more. But what if, instead of resisting, you simply allowed them to be there?
This guided meditation invites you to explore that possibility.
In the session, we gently bring awareness to your entire body. You might notice pleasant sensations — maybe a tingling, a light, bubbly feeling — or areas where you don’t feel much at all. That’s fine. That quietness is restful too.
Then, we turn toward any uncomfortable spots. Instead of pushing them away, you’ll learn to hold them within the wider field of body awareness — letting them shift, move, and soften on their own.
You’ll hear reminders like:
“Allow it to be there. Let it push and pull. Let the uncomfortable feeling rest in the vast field of body sensations.”
By the end, you may notice that the discomfort feels different — maybe lighter, maybe softer, maybe simply more okay to be with.
This practice is perfect if:
✅ You’re feeling stressed or restless
✅ You want to learn how to sit with discomfort instead of resisting it
✅ You’re looking for a short reset to reconnect with your body
🧘 Press play, take a deep breath, and let your body become a safe playground for every sensation — pleasant or not.
